Create and/or Manage Dot loop/Skyslope
Submit to Broker-completing Broker Pending Form
Email client home, pest and well/septic inspector info. for them to contact & arrange
Order Title Work
Order Survey if applicable
Order Home Warranty if applicable
Help track status of inspections and appraisal
Send any agency & property disclosures to Client for signatures

Process addendums including mutual releases
Provide all parties necessary documentation
Ensure pended on MLS correctly (ask if we have access to your MLS to do directly or if it will be done by request).
Communicate with lender, client and other side as necessary including updates on file as they come in
Provide Moving Checklist if there is one for area
Schedule Closing
Inform Agent when HUD is ready for review

We Accept Payment through Zelle, Venmo, Check, ACH or Through your Brokerage
