Emmy Jandernoa, Broker/Owner, licensed since 1999. I started my Real Estate career in 1997 as an assistant in Kalamazoo Michigan while getting my BBA from Western Michigan University. After getting married and traveling, we settled down in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2003. After a year back in Real Estate I became an agent in a Brokerage's Relocation Dept. There I gained not only Relocation knowledge but due to the "crash" also learned how to manage & sell REO properties. After having two sons I entered Management & Operations of a Brokerage. All of the above experiences and knowledge have led to me starting Agent Concierge Services in August 2017.
Kelly Withrow runs the day to day operations of Agent Concierge Services. She brings 20+ years of experience and knowledge from the variety of positions she has held in the Real Estate industry. Kelly has been both a Branch Admin at a Brokerage and also has worked as an agents personal assistant. There she has gained knowledge of not only what agents need throughout the process but what the board and brokerages are looking for as well. Kelly has an accounting background and enjoys paying attention to detail.
Amy Liermann brings a varied management background to her work. She has served as a Director for a childcare program, as an Account Manager for a MI adoption agency and as a Production Manager for a music festival Company. In their early years and while raising 2 sons, Amy and her husband opened and managed a fine-dining restaurant in the mountains of Estes Park, CO. She also has small business experience, working part-time as an artist and occasional designer. Amy has a passion for real estate, especially for historic houses. She and her husband have renovated 2 vintage homes in the Kalamazoo area and are currently working on house number three. Originally a Midwesterner, Amy has lived in several regions of the country but she and her family have called MI home, since 2002.
Glenna Novack brings a professional background and desire to help agents to her role as transaction manager. She is originally from the metro Detroit area where she worked in the legal field, but moved to west Michigan in 2018 and became a licensed Realtor shortly afterward. She has experience as an agent, a brokerage liability adviser, an ISA and a brokerage administrator. With her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and fondness for organization, Glenna excels in helping agents achieve their goals and grow their business. She lives on the north side of Grand Rapids with her husband and four dogs, and they support animal rescue groups across the state. They also enjoy traveling and take an international trip every year, which allows her to check out housing markets and building styles across the globe.
Andrea Crowley has been licensed for 20+ years. Not only has Andrea experienced being a being a licensed agent, assistant, admin and team member. Andrea also has years of title knowledge and experience under her belt. In additon to spending time with her husband and children, Andrea also enjoys being a competitive cheer coach. She knows how to lead a team.
Danyelle Owens has been in the Real Estate industry since 2015, as an administrative assistant to multiple agents. In 2018 she became licensed, working as a team alongside another agent she enjoyed every aspect of being a REALTOR®. With her Real Estate experience, meticulous attention to detail and instinctive organizational skills, she is excited to help agents achieve their goals and grow their business. She lives in Grand Haven with her husband, three children, and two dogs. She has a love for succulents, books, movies, all things office supply and organization. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling, especially to see her nephew and niece.
Lynsey Cobb, current Operations Manager. Ten years in the real estate industry has found her working as an administrator at a local brokerage, a transaction coordinator and an assistant to a variety of real estate agents. In 2020 she obtained her real estate license. When she isn't helping agents find success in their businesses you can find her at the beach, eating tacos or making sure she tries every ice cream flavor the local shop offers.
