Emmy Jandernoa, Broker/Owner, licensed since 1999. I started my Real Estate career in 1997 as an assistant in Kalamazoo Michigan while getting my BBA from Western Michigan University. After getting married and traveling, we settled down in Grand Rapids Michigan in 2003. After a year back in Real Estate I became an agent in a Brokerage's Relocation Dept. There I gained not only Relocation knowledge but due to the "crash" also learned how to manage & sell REO properties. After having two sons I entered Management & Operations of a Brokerage. All of the above experiences and knowledge have led to me starting Agent Concierge Services in August 2017.
Kelly Withrow runs the day to day operations of Agent Concierge Services. She brings 17 years of experience and knowledge from the variety of positions she has held in the Real Estate industry. Kelly has been both a Branch Admin at a Brokerage and also has worked as an agents personal assistant. There she has gained knowledge of not only what agents need throughout the process but what the board and brokerages are looking for as well. Kelly has an accounting background and enjoys paying attention to detail.
Meghan Shaver is a Transaction Manager who is passionate about helping others. With an extensive background in insurance billing, attention to detail is her biggest strength. With her family, they moved from Colorado in 2009 and now enjoy all that Michigan has to offer. Some of her hobbies include snowboarding, gardening and golfing. Meghan is a licensed realtor in Michigan and continues to gain knowledge in this industry.
Kaylei Stewart has recently joined our team and is ready to hit the ground running! Her goal is to make each transaction as smooth as possible for all parties involved. Kaylei has worked in the title insurance industry since 2014 as a licensed escrow processor. She is experienced in clearing title, preparing real estate document packages, and conducting real estate closings. In 2016 she completed 40 hours of basic real estate education to further her knowledge. Kaylei is also a notary public and a member of the National Notary Association. She is currently working toward becoming a Certified Signing Agent with the National Notary Association and will continue to expand her knowledge throughout the industry.

Rhianna Warrick handles our social media accounts. She has 9 years of experience working at a family social network and rocks customer service and all things social. Rhianna is a highly motivated, creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
